Crane Watch: Baptist, Springs of Flagler Center top week's $214 million in permits

Approximately $214 million of work was approved across 1016 permits for the week starting Sept. 28. Removing single family, townhouse, duplex and condo permits leaves 214 permits totaling $187 million.
