Gov. Baker puts limits on restaurants, other businesses amid surge

The measures fall short of what some cities and other states have done in response to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases. Restaurants, retailers and gyms will still be allowed to welcome in customers, albeit with tighter restrictions.
