Lumen Technologies to spend $2M improving AZ fiber-optic infrastructure as part of judgment

The company, formerly known as CenturyLink, will help to extend cellphone coverage and internet connectivity in rural and other underserved areas, expected to benefit schools, public safety agencies and small businesses as well as home customers.
