(Nasdaq: DCOM) (“Dime”), the parent company of Dime Community Bank, today jointly announced, as part of the integration planning process for the merger of the two companies (the “Merger”), the proposed composition of the Board of Directors of the combined company, to be effective upon completion of the Merger. The Board of the combined company will consist of 12 directors, six current Bridge directors and six current Dime directors, as follows:
