Version 0.9.25 of Tux Paint, a popular and award-winning computer art program used by school-age children around the globe, has been released. This latest version introduces an animated GIF export feature, allowing slideshows and animated cartoons to be easily shared online.
Other enhancements in this version include an update to the shape-drawing tool, allowing shapes to be expanded from either a corner or from the center of the shape; improvements to the eraser tool; a larger version of the program's on-screen keyboard accessibility feature; documentation and translation updates; new paintbrush shapes; and bug fixes.
