Developer, former Shawnee councilwoman sue Kansas GOP for alleging corruption

Kevin and Dawn Tubbesing allege that a campaign flyer insinuates that political donations to a Shawnee councilwoman, who was a candidate for state Senate, were a payoff to gain favor for a development project.
