MSI Management and Consulting Services Inc. is pleased to announce the formation of MSI Mozambique, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of MSI Inc.
MSI Mozambique will be performing several functions in Mozambique to further the government's goals of increased business competitiveness, job creation, and economic growth. This will be accomplished through a variety of operational functions, including:
- Supporting international business opportunity visibility
- Benchmarking local service providers vs. international players in similar industry verticals to increase competitiveness
- Training and advisory services to government agencies and businesses.
Bruce Maxwell, Managing Director of MSI, said that the company projects that over the course of one year, the initiative will create over 1,000 career positions in Mozambique, with dozens of management advisory positions as well in the USA. "We are very pleased to be invited to be a part of the growth plans in the area and to support the people and industry of Mozambique in this manner," commented Maxwell.
Operations begin in earnest in April 2021 with a series of Capital Region seminars targeting Best Practices in Customer Experience Management (CXM).
