Surly, Revival, Tulibee, Petite Leon make reopening plans

Surly Brewing Co., which shut its beer hall and beer garden last fall, says it hopes to open again in June. Other restaurants around the Twin Cities plan to reopen even sooner as the pace of vaccinations picks up.
