CHICAGO, IL: A brand new virtual business roundtable is launching with a specific focus on how the world of business has immensely changed due to the Covid-19 crises and strategies business owners should be implementing to regrow their companies.

The virtual, interactive sessions will be held and recorded via Zoom in a participatory format where new business lessons will be shared. Each month will focus on a different business topic discussing which changes will be required for small and middle-market businesses to survive and thrive while moving on from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prominent Chicago entrepreneur, author and business consultant Darlene Ziebell, is excited to be hosting the roundtable workshops to help business owners navigate the new world of business post Covid-19. The roundtable is one of several initiatives she has already launched to help entrepreneurs be prepared for and overcome the challenges they may face while running their businesses. Some of Ziebell’s recent initiatives include a book, webinar, podcast, and high-level business startup workshop.

“In all cases, the world of business has significantly changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic,” noted Ziebell. Many entrepreneurs have questions regarding what to do next, how their business will change, and what they need to do to regrow their company. This new, very personalized roundtable will help them address all of these questions.”

This 6-part series of roundtable conference workshops will be held virtually twice per month and will last approximately two hours per session. To foster brainstorming of new ideas by the attendees, sessions will be limited to a maximum of 25 entrepreneurs in each group. Each topic in the series will be offered twice in the same month to allow for more attendees to register.

Some of the topics to be covered include marketing, employee management, operations, financial relationships, and exit strategies. Prior to each session, each member will submit a description of their business and the roundtable will focus on only those industries participating. After every session, each member will receive a recording of the session as well as a complimentary membership into the entrepreneur club, an online community of entrepreneurs moderated by Ziebell.

“Businesses already had many challenges before the pandemic,” said Ziebell. Covid has completely changed the landscape of business in so many ways. Businesses like restaurants only offer carryout, nail and hair salons now wrap us in plastic curtains and in all cases, we cannot sit or stand next to each other. This business roundtable will greatly assist entrepreneurs reinvent themselves post-pandemic.”
