With strict lockdown restrictions meaning Vape Town was unable to operate from its stores as normal, the company pivoted to trading online, implementing a click-and-collect service on its website. Customers were then able to visit stores across the UK to collect their goods and pay.
Vape Town has stores in Barnstaple, Bletchley, Exeter, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Plymouth, Stony Stratford, Tiverton, Weymouth, and Yeovil, all of which could not open for walk-in customers during lockdown.
The company’s online store stocks a variety of vape kits, vape tanks, vape pens, as well as a wide variety of e-liquids in a multitude of flavours. Customers were able to continue to purchase all of these goods in spite of the pandemic, owing to an intuitive switch to a click-and-collect model.
