Veoneer To Begin Discussions With Qualcomm On Takeover Bid

Veoneer has announced plans to begin discussions with Qualcomm after the chipmaker issued a $4.6 billion takeover bid. The auto parts maker said its merger agreement with Magna remains in place, allowing the company to entertain high bidders.
