In trading on Thursday, the iShares US Regional Banks ETF (IAT) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Valley National Bancorp (VLY), up about 5% and shares of Zions (ZION), up about 4.3% on the day.
