EMC acquires Diamond Electric

Energy Management Corporation, headquartered in Salt Lake City, announced the acquisition of Diamond Electric Motor, Salt Lake City, on September 1st, 2021. Diamond Electric Motor is a family-owned business serving Utah customers with a variety of electrical and motor repair services since 1944. With the loss of owner-operator Werner Larsen earlier this year at 94 years old from Covid-19, the family sought a company that could assure a home for its employees and customers to carry on the tradition of excellence set by Werner.

EMC specializes in low and medium-voltage motor sales and service to 5000HP, low and medium-voltage VFD sales and service, and standby generator system sales and service meeting a broad range of industrial applications.
Together, EMC and Diamond Electric offer a broad range of cost-effective, electric motor repair and rewinding services from 1/4HP to 5000HP.
