Home of One Fifth on the market for new tenant, will add space for doughnut shop

After rotating-concept restaurant One Fifth closes later this year, the Montrose property will be expanded to welcome a Miami-based artisan doughnut shop. But the search for a tenant to fill the existing building is still underway.
