Waste Management Phoenix Open preps rowdy 16th hole for return to full capacity

The Waste Management Phoenix Open's raucous par-3 stadium hole that is enclosed by bleachers and skyboxes, will return to full capacity and decibel levels for the 2022 event after fan access was limited in 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
