The name itself, Koa, means happy, brave, or fearless, showcasing the Polynesian/Hawaiian roots at the heart of the business. The team makes ceramics from Australian clay and glazes, as well as high-quality Aussie stoneware. Their new range of goods includes affirmation trinket dishes, based on the creator’s experiences of using affirmations to stay positive and resilient during the lockdown.
