According to Prof. Aydogan Ozcan from UCLA, the General Chair, CONF-CDS is a great platform for communication, especially in 2021. Restricted by the pandemic situation, many academic conferences cannot gather participants worldwide. The online conference is a great way to break the geographical barrier and build a platform where scholars can focus on academic exchange.
