Camp Washington's American Sign Museum dazzles, educates visitors

Tod Swormstedt and Cynthia Kearns have a combined 70 years in the sign business. Together, they are guiding the American Sign Museum into its second decade in the century-old former Oesterlein Machine-Fashion Frocks building in Camp Washington.
