Florida deputies arrest second man involved in shooting at mall during undercover gun deal: sheriff

Jaycob Riley, 19, was arrested Wednesday night after shooting at undercover deputies outside the Westfield Brandon Mall earlier this week when a gun deal operation turned into armed robbery, authorities said.
