County to host webinar on Honolulu's Rental and Utility Relief Program

“The Rental and Utility Relief Program is foundational for an equitable recovery,” said Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi. “I am extremely proud that this vital program has helped more than 11,000 local families stay safely housed during these difficult times and injected more than $130 million into our recovery since starting last year.”
