Venezuelan man, 18, drowns at Utah's Deer Creek State Park while trying to rescue family member

John Ballan, of Zulia, Venezuela, drowned at Deer Creek State Park in Utah on Sunday after the 18-year-old jumped into the water to help a family member who was strugging.
