Former masonic lodge on G.E. Patterson to become mixed-use apartment project

The project is being designed by UrbanARCH Associates, a Memphis-based architecture firm that has a wide variety of design experience, ranging from Crazy Gander Coffee and Hotel Napoleon in Downtown Memphis to Southaven City Hall.
