OSHA extends comment period on plan to revoke Arizona's workplace safety oversight

Earlier this year OSHA proposed a plan to strip Arizona of its ability to regulate workplace safety in the state after a “nearly decade-long pattern of failures.” OSHA has now extended a public comment period in the case so stakeholders have a chance to comment.
