Gold Coast, Queensland Jun 8, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - SPG Land's completion of the $200m Cambridge Residences masterplan at Robina is being celebrated by its new residents, while the international property developer's other project, the $1b three tower Paradiso Place has grown from strength to strength and is currently one of the best-selling projects on the Gold Coast.

The international real estate group has successfully completed the four-tower Cambridge Residences masterplan, managing through a pandemic, construction cost increases and a change of builders to deliver the fourth and final tower Brooke Residences.

SPG Land's flagship project on the Gold Coast, Paradiso Place, has also reached several significant milestones.
