ACCO Brands Corporation Board Elects Robert H. Jenkins Presiding Independent Director

ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE: ABD), a world leader in select categories of branded office products, today announced that the company’s board of directors has elected Robert H. Jenkins as presiding independent director.

Jenkins fills the vacancy created in this position September, 2008, when Robert J. Keller was named chairman of the board. Jenkins has been a director of the company since March, 2007.

Jenkins served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Sundstrand Corporation from 1997 to 1999, and as president and chief executive officer from 1995 to 1997. He is currently lead director of AK Steel Holding Corporation and a director of Clarcor, Inc.
