Caterpillar Announces Date of Annual Stockholders Meeting

PEORIA, Ill., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE:CAT) will conduct its 2007 annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, June 13 at 1:30 p.m., Central Daylight Time, in St. Charles, Illinois. Meeting details, agenda and the procedure for admission will be included in the company's 2007 annual meeting proxy statement, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about April 17, 2007 and mailed at the end of April to stockholders of record as of April 16th.
